Chiro & Rehab

When the problem is loud.

Pain that keeps coming back, an old injury that will not close out. We read the pattern first, then build the care around it.

Chiro & Rehab

Assessment-first chiropractic, led by Dr. Colton Purscell, DC. We watch how you move before anything gets adjusted, then pair the adjustment with rehab work so the pattern behind the pain gets retrained, not just quieted.

Built for
  • Back, neck, or joint pain that keeps finding its way back
  • Pain that moves around instead of staying put
  • Getting back to real load after an injury

Training

Training that starts with a test.

A lift that stopped moving, an engine that fades, a swing losing distance. Training here starts from your numbers, not a template.

Training

Coaching built off your numbers, not a template. Strength work on the floor, ARX adaptive resistance for measurable loading, Vasper and oxygen training for the engine, and TPI-certified golf performance for the swing.

Built for
  • Strength or endurance that has plateaued
  • More speed off the tee without your back paying for it
  • Returning to sport with a plan instead of hope

Recovery

The work between the work.

Training breaks you down. Recovery is where the gains actually land. Most people leave it to chance; the suite puts it on your calendar.

Recovery

Sauna, cold plunge, red light, and PEMF under one roof, scheduled like training instead of squeezed in around it. Designed to support sleep, soreness, and the debt hard weeks build up.

Built for
  • Soreness that lingers for days after training
  • Sleep that is not restoring you
  • Training hard with nothing left in the tank

Medical

What the mirror cannot show.

Energy, hormones, and metabolic health do not announce themselves. This side of the club measures them, then works from the numbers.

Medical

Provider-led, bloodwork first. The plan gets built on what your labs actually show, not on a template protocol or a guess.

Built for
  • Energy that crashes no matter what you try
  • Weight that will not move for a reason you cannot name
  • Questions a workout alone cannot answer

Why one building

A recovery and performance club, not four appointments.

The honest part

The order still comes from your results. Some people only ever use one lane, and that is a complete answer, not a smaller version of a bigger one.

The usual version of this is four relationships. A chiropractor across town. A gym with a membership and no idea what the chiropractor found. A recovery place you drive to when you remember. Bloodwork through someone who has never seen you train. Each one is reasonable on its own, and none of them talks to the others, so you end up being the only person holding the whole picture.

WLF is built the other way around. The chiropractic table, the training floor, the recovery suite and the medical side are all at 5724 W Vickery Blvd, and they read the same assessment. What the movement screen finds is available to the coach. What your bloodwork says is available when the plan gets written. When recovery is the thing holding you back that month, it is a room down the hall with a time on it, not a fifth thing to go arrange.

That is what the club word is doing in the name. Not a lobby and a smoothie bar. One place where the read happens once and the plan can move between lanes without you re-explaining yourself to a fourth front desk.

Questions

Asked before picking a lane.

Anything else, call (817) 349-7815 and ask. A person answers, not a phone tree.

What services does WLF Club offer in Fort Worth?

Four lanes. Chiro and rehab is assessment-first chiropractic with functional rehab and StemWave. Training is coaching, ARX, Vasper, oxygen training and TPI golf work. Recovery is sauna, cold plunge, red light and PEMF. Medical is lab work, provider-led plans, IV therapy and a peptide consultation, and hormone therapy sits under it as well.

Is WLF a gym, a clinic, or a recovery studio?

It is one club that runs all three. The chiropractic table, the training floor, the recovery suite and the medical side are in the same building and get read against the same six pillars. That is what the club part means in practice: you are not stitching four providers together and hoping their advice agrees.

Which service should I start with?

Often not the one you came in for. Two free ways to find out: the Quick Read on the homepage takes about 60 seconds and names what is most likely slowing you down, or book a free phone consultation and talk it through with someone on the team. We would rather tell you no than sell you the wrong thing.

Do I have to use all four lanes?

No. The order comes from your results, not from a package, and some people only ever use one. The lanes exist so a plan has somewhere to go when the first thing you tried is not the whole answer, not so you have to buy all of them.

What is the difference between the clinic side and the gym side?

The clinic side is chiro and rehab, which is what you book when something hurts or an old injury will not close out. The gym side is training, recovery and medical, which is what you book when nothing is acutely wrong and you want to know why the output is not what it used to be. They share one assessment, so crossing from one to the other does not mean starting over.

Ready to stop guessing?

You do not have to guess which lane you need. Book a free phone consultation, tell us what is going on, and we will point you at the right one.
