Your swing holds its shape for nine holes. Then the body underneath it runs out.
Golf training and recovery built around what your body can still deliver on hole fourteen. A screen finds the restriction, the floor trains it, and the recovery suite is in the same building instead of across town.
Sound
familiar?
These are the patterns golf training at WLF is built around.
A swing that used to hold its shape for four hours starts losing form by hole nine. That is the body, not the technique.

My hips feel locked instead of loaded through impact.
By the back nine I am swinging like someone else.
My lower back checks in on the walk to the cart.
A swing coach can only work with the body you bring them.
If a hip has lost rotation, if the mid-back will not separate from the hips, or if a shoulder cannot get overhead any more, no tip reaches that. It is not a swing fault. It is a movement restriction wearing a swing disguise, and no amount of practice teaches a joint to move through range it does not have.
Screen the body. Then everything else.
Tap a point to see what a screen checksIt starts before anyone watches you swing.
A screen built on Titleist Performance Institute research is a movement assessment, not a workout and not a swing lesson. It runs through a set of tests in athletic clothes, usually well under an hour, with no club involved until the end, checking whether the joints and patterns a golf swing relies on have the range and the control it asks for.
A screen can tell you which movements are restricted. It cannot promise yards, a handicap or club head speed.

Each area is compared against a normal range for that movement rather than against another golfer, and only then does the screen get laid next to your swing on video. That order is the entire point. It is how a screen catches a physical limit that a swing tip never will.
Tap a point to see what a screen checksThe restriction gets trained, on the same floor.
What the screen finds feeds into the same performance floor used for the rest of our sports performance training, run by TPI certified providers who connect what your body can and cannot do to what is happening in your swing. It gives you a specific place to start instead of another generic mobility routine, and it tells you which one or two things are actually worth your training time.

More range time does not fix a body that is not recovering. It adds load onto the same limited system. Structured work through the recovery suite, sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy and PEMF, is designed to support tissue recovery and a reset between sessions. A restriction found on a Tuesday does not have to wait for your next appointment to start getting addressed.
Take a look inside.

Do I have to be injured for this to be worth it?
No. Most golfers who get screened are not injured. They are tighter than they were five years ago, and it is quietly costing them yards and consistency without one obvious symptom to point at. More on what changes after 40 in why the back nine feels different.
Will this add distance to my drive?
Nobody can honestly promise that, so we will not. A screen can tell you which movements are restricted compared to a normal range and connect that to a pattern that commonly shows up in a swing. What happens after depends on you, your body and the work you put in, not on the screen.
Does this replace my swing coach?
No. It is designed to support your coach, not replace them. A coach can only work with the body you bring them, and this is about whether your body can make the move they are already asking for. What a screen looks at, and what it cannot tell you, is written out in full in what a TPI based screen actually checks.
What if I am in pain right now?
Then a screen is not the right first step. If you are in acute pain, or pre or post surgical, that starts with a conversation about what is actually going on. Chiropractic and rehab is the door for that one.
I am not a competitive golfer. Is this still for me?
Yes. You do not have to be competitive or injured to have a body that has quietly stopped doing what you are asking it to do. That is most of who gets screened.
The first step is an hour, not a package.
Sixty minutes on the body first and the swing second, so the thing you train next is the thing that is actually in the way.
