Everything you need to know about WLF memberships, new patient visits, and what to expect.

Membership at
WLF Club

Membership gives you access to our performance, recovery, and longevity ecosystem—tools like ARX, PNOĒ, Vasper, cold plunge, sauna, red light, PEMF, and more, all integrated with expert care. The higher the tier the more access you get!

We offer three tiers—Cubs, Alpha, and Superhuman—designed to match your goals. Each tier includes different levels of recovery tools, training technology, and chiropractic access. The higher the tier the more access to equipment, tools, and treatments, the better you’ll feel!

Your success is our success. The onboarding process is a bit intense; exams, labs, performance testing. We are not a let’s “Just try it” and hope it works clinic. We test so that we don’t guess. If you don’t know your numbers you don’t know where the starting line is.

You’ll start with an onboarding session where we walk through your goals, introduce you to the recovery and performance tools, and create a personalized clear path forward. From day one, you’ll know exactly how to get the most out of your membership.

Chiropractic packages are sold separately, but many members choose to combine them for the best results—pairing hands-on treatment with the full longevity experience.

High performers who want more than just a gym. Our members are athletes, entrepreneurs, and everyday performers committed to staying strong, lean, and high-performing for decades—not just years. You’re either already trying to piece this together across town or this is what you’ve been waiting for.

Most gyms focus only on workouts, and most clinics only treat injuries. WLF Club unites both—so you can train smarter, recover faster, and live with intention for the long run. Efficiency is the name of the game.

New to WLF? Here’s What to Expect

Your first session begins with an onboarding process where we get to know your goals, run baseline assessments, and introduce you to the recovery and performance tools. You’ll leave with a clear plan and confidence in what comes next.

Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and any wearable devices you normally use (Oura, Garmin, Apple Watch, etc.) if you’d like us to integrate them with your plan.

Wear comfortable athletic clothing and sneakers. You’ll likely use recovery tools, train with equipment, and move through assessments—so think gym-ready, but relaxed.

Expect your onboarding appointment to take 60–90 minutes. This allows enough time for assessments, orientation, and answering all your questions.

Yes, but in a measured way. We’ll run performance and recovery assessments—things like body composition, VO₂ max, or mobility screens—and may guide you through an intro workout to test your baseline.
