Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about chiropractic care, new patient visits, and what to expect.
Do I have to be a member to get chiropractic sessions?
No. Chiropractic packages are sold separately, but many patients choose to combine them with WLF access for the full performance and recovery experience. Many of our chiropractic patients end up joining the club.
What types of conditions do you treat?
From back and neck pain to sports injuries and prenatal care, our team focuses on finding the root cause and creating individualized treatment plans that get you back to moving and performing your best.
What makes your chiropractic care different?
We blend hands-on treatment, targeted rehab, and strength-based performance care. It’s not just about pain relief—it’s about long-term results that keep you strong and resilient.
What should I expect on my first visit?
Your first visit is a Discovery Session. We’ll dive into your history, assess movement and function, and start building a personalized plan. The goal is to find the root cause—not just chase symptoms.
Do you take insurance?
No—we’re cash-based. That means no hidden billing, no surprise denials, and no limitations on your care. You get transparent pricing, the ability to use your HSA/FSA, and treatment that’s built around your goals—not an insurance company’s checklist.
Do chiropractic packages expire?
No. Packages are flexible and never expire, so you can use sessions as needed.
Can I use chiropractic care even if I’m not injured?
Absolutely. Many patients use regular care for performance maintenance, recovery, and preventing issues before they start.
Here’s What to Expect from your Chiropractic appointment
What should I expect on my first chiropractic visit?
Your first visit includes a thorough consultation and exam where we’ll discuss your health history, goals, and any areas of pain or limitation. We’ll perform movement assessments and, if appropriate, begin gentle treatment to start addressing your needs right away.
How long does the first appointment take?
Plan for 45–60 minutes. This allows time for your consultation, evaluation, and your first chiropractic session if you’re a good candidate.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing that allows for easy movement. Athletic wear or casual clothing is perfect—avoid anything too tight or formal.
Will I get adjusted on my first visit?
In most cases, yes. After your exam, we’ll determine if an adjustment is appropriate and safe for you that day.
Does chiropractic care hurt?
No. Most patients feel immediate relief, greater mobility, or reduced tension after their session. Some may feel mild soreness—similar to post-workout soreness—as their body adjusts.
How often will I need to come back?
That depends on your goals and condition. Some patients come in for short-term relief, while others commit to a long-term plan for performance, posture, and wellness. We’ll recommend a plan tailored to you.
